Treasure Island Festival, 2004

Following the Kite Trade Show in Clearwater we travelled about twenty miles south to Treasure Island. This is the premier kite location along the Gulf coastline and with the Thunderbird Resort situated right on the beach it made for a great weekend. Even the storm which woke us on Sunday morning was entertaining. Of course, being Florida, an hour after the torrential rain had stopped everything seemed dry and the sun was shining again.
